Welcome to Customer Service

I work with "customers" all the time in the military since I am an IT. I hope to learn how to channel my frustrations and stress somewhere else other than the person I am helping. Although they are not always right, I want to make them feel happy to have worked with me. I notice that a lot of times when I answer the phone, I sound exhausted and like they are interuppting my sleep. Although I am not a bad person to deal with, I admit I am not the best.
Im bored i wanna go home.....this class is boring
I am glad to be in customer service. I don't really have any videos or concerns, I do have some suggestions. The first would be treat all customers as if you were in their shoes at one point at time, because everyone is or was a customer at sometime.
I hope to gain from this course a better understanding on how to deal with personel outside the military. I am used to a military regimented environment, and we are not always customer oriented, but mission oriented. I want to make sure I will have a smooth transition into civilian life.
Luckily for me I do not work with any customers at all. I dont have to see them or deal with them :), however; i worked telemarketing for almost a year, and i delt with the customers very well. I hope to gain out of this class a better understanding of what customer service really is and why it is so important.
I hope to gain a better understanding of customer service. Thats the only expectation I have of this class :)
I have no aspirations to work in customer service, ever. Putting up with people isn't something I enjoy. I just want to get through this course.
Hope this class will teach me how to remain calm whem dealing with upset guest.

I would like to learn all the stuff i can about dealin with customer service. How to help other when its my term to work customer service desk.
From this class I will be able to expand on my horizions rather than just limit myself to just a tech job in the back of the store I could also work directly with the customers. Also I fell this class will greatly help me when it comes time for me to open my own business.
When is our field trip?
All of the jobs I had were some form of customer service and I am pretty good at it. The only thing that makes me mad about customer service is when I give good customer service to customers, then I go out and receive bad customer service. That's not right!!
I hope I learn something from this class
I think that this class could really be helpful with dealing with customers and basicly how to treat them and remain calm during an usual experience with customers.
