How ya doing. I've learned a little more about the customer service field in this class. I've learned the "techincal words" used in the course and more in dept information about call centers. Other than that, customer service is currently my job. I had fun in this class. Thank you.

Thus was a very enjoyable course, and I think CSR may be an enjoyable career for me except that it pays so little. I mean in comparison to what I am training for, a network administrator and security analyst.
Whenever I have an opportunity to interface dirrectly with customers I seem to enjoy the work. The thing is, it don't know if that is just because it is different from my regular job or not.

What up! Belive it or not i actualy learned alot in this class. I came into this class thinking that it was not worth my time. I came out of this class having learnt much more than expected. Thank you Ms Marcus for being our teacher.
