My expectations of this course is to learn more about the view of customer service through a professor and basically get a reminder of what customer service is all about through different view points. I think I have what it takes to work with external customers due to my experience I've had in the past.
My expectations of this class are to learn more about customer service. Develing a little more in depth on how to handle angery customers with out escalating the situation or getting angery yourself. I think I have what it takes to work with external customers.
My expectation for this course is to teach me how to give better customer service, and a better understanding of how to handle different kinds of customers.
With this course, I want to learn something new relating to customer service. No matter where you work, almost everyone has a customer to serve and has to provide some type of customer service.
My expectations of this course is to learn more about customer service as a whole. To better my skills within my own job. I think I can always learn more about how to deal with difficult customers, co-workers, and bosses.

This course should be like "refresher training" to me. I worked in customer service in the past and I am certified in CRM.
