My expectations of CIS102 is that it will hopefully help me with my customer service skills. I don't mind taking the help desk certification. We already pay so much for school so what does 10 bucks gonna matter really.
my expectations of cis102 is that it will help me deal with customers better. i would love taking the desk certification. i really want to learn how to manage my attitude with dealing with customers
I expect to brush up on my speaking skills, along with my "people skills." I would like to learn some different ways to deal with different people. I would rather spend $10 to take the certification instead of writing a manual.
Its pretty obvious that customer service is pretty important. How people deal with it many times reflects their investment/position in the company. It would be good to learn how to get employees to give good cust. serv.
my expectations of cis102 is to improve on the customer service skills i already have. i took classes in customer service when i did retail management, however it has been a while since then so it will be good to get "refreshed" on it all..
I have high expectations for this class. Since I'm undergoing a complete career change, I'm open minded and I need to continue to work on my people skills.
I'd love to take the certification exam and add to my resume.
My expectations of cis102 is that i hope it helps me get better with my customer service. I would not mind taking the help desk certification.Gas use to be high almost ten dollars a galon so what is ten bucks.
I expect this class to perhaps expand skills in customer service. I would like to take the certification exam so as to have more to include on my resume.
I hope to fine tune my already advanced customer service skills. I think the certification should be allowed in place of the manual. The certification will help us for the rest of our careers.
I worked in a call center environment for several years, and before that I worked in fast food for 2 1/2 years. I'm expecting this course to refresh what I should know from my time working in customer service over the years. I sometimes feel that I really don't need this course, but when I got a 76 on my challenge test for this course, I figured that some of my skills do need brushing up.
As for certifications, I figure they would do nothing but help your skills and resume out. It's a small price to pay for something that can make you more marketable.
I am expecting to learn how to deal and interact with customers in a professional way. I think taking the Cert would be a good idea seeing how as we are in the class and we could take it while the information is still fresh in our heads.
I think the certification will suffice. I actually have to take this Cert for my Job. The manual is a good idea as well. It will allow me to be somewhat subjective
my expectations... to finish week 5 and continue on with my degree program. I believe I know a lot about customer service relations being that I am a Chief in the Navy. I gues this class will test that.
I'm willing to pay 10 bucks instead of writing a manual.
my expectation of cis102 is to learn better customer service. I believe that taking the help desk cert. will be a great final, it will show how much you have learn here in cis102 fundamentals of customer service.
I hate working with customers...Im not certified yet and Im going to test your CSS by raising alot of problems in your class. No, not really, this should be sorta interesting. Its not your fault that its completely exciting, you know we love having you here. I do think the certification would be a good thing, granted I like to solve my problems with a baseball bat.
I like the idea of a cert instead of the project. $10 is nothing for a cert. the only thing that would bother me is if the cert is way off from the course material (I haven't checked yet, and she said that it was a little) As for expectations, I expect to learn more about working with people. I think it'll be important because technology serves us. That means we'll always have to deal with people.
My expectation of CIS102 is to help me improve my customer service skills. I once took a customer service course while in the navy. Having a cert will be extremely helpful when it comes to interviews
I hope that CIS102 will be my antidrug. I was on crack cocanie and CIS102 helped me turn my life around.
Honestly, I don't see me with a future in dealing with customers but I can't see how I couldn't use the same fundamentals this course will teach me and apply it to coworkers instead.
As far as taking the cert, I think it will depend on the information provided to me through this class.
My expectation of cis102 is to learn how to deal with crazy costumers in odd situations. i think it will make the class fun and also entertaining. o also i wanna learn to compose myself when dealing with a dumb customer. i dont have any certs but i am very interested in getting a cutomer service cert.
During this classes I hope to discove the most effective way to handle customers, and also steer the interactions w/upset costomers in a positive direction.
My expectations for this course are to learn some of the basics about Customer Service since I am pretty sure I have barely any. I would like to take that certification, there always has to be a first time for everything so I will be pleased to do so.
Expectations would be to sharpen my people skills. I have signed up for the Measure up Network + certifications but have not started it yet. All certs will be helpful.
I hope that after successfully passing this course I have a betteer understaending of customer service and will be able to understand both sides a little more clearly. Regarding the Help Desk Certification, I think it is a great option and we spend $10 easier than it comes in.
Help desk cert! ohh noo!! not my M.O! But i do think the class will be very informative, I can expect to learn alot about the proper ways of dealing with customers.I can definetly take this training and spread the knowledge to my peasants!! oh excuse me my employees that work for me ....

Hello this is jermaine gilmore I feel this will be good source of information to add to my knowledge, I have no certs that I know of but I have Military experience certified SK (storekeeper) and I look forward to upgrading my brain power
It seems that the companies that focus on what customers want have the right stuff to succeed. I did notice that the high end product manufacturer (aircraft) had more of a stake in keeping the customer satisfied. Customer input is vital for R&D, especially with today's changing lifestyles.
